Ave Maria Meditations
Lord on the cross! Strengthen our Holy Father, that he may uncompromisingly defend the integrity of our holy faith and the teachings of Christ! You let Your Heart be opened for Your Church, for Your priests, so that they may give You to us daily as nourishment and support. The more the spiritual distress increases, the more we gather around the altar and around Your cross!
We gather Your Heart’s Blood and beseech You for the sake of Your love, have mercy on us and grant our mother the Church that holy, inner peace again, which the world cannot give.
Send Your angels as combatants and bid them to shield the Holy Father and our Bishops, so that we may move towards peaceful times again. Grant that Your Church, purified and renewed, may rise again from Your Heart out of these dark hours of spiritual confusion.
Bless, O Lord, our Holy Father and our Bishops whom we present to You with our supplication. Amen.
