Don’t Despair, Believe in Jesus and Stay Oriented to Life – Mar 23 – Homily – Fr Alan

In the reflection for Monday of the Fourth Week of Lent (Mar 23, 2019), Fr. Alan reminds us to maintain our orientation, even in the midst of crisis, locked on the coordinates of eternal life. It is a mistake to become too caught up in the worldly obsession with the coronavirus crisis. For Christians, though it is a real moment of crisis, it is at the same time a moment to focus on what is ultimately important, and remember that God calls us to life, forever. There’s no reason to lose our heads over this or any crisis, as God knows our needs and will guide us to the Resurrection.
