It takes sacrifice to follow these, and many "turn away sad" when faced with the requirements. Let us take as our example today's saint, St. Katharinie Drexel, who sacrificed her wealth ($80 million by today's standards) and eventually her whole life to the evangelization and betterment of the Native Americans.
