Seems like a consolidation of the opposition to the Holy Father in total obvious, prideful, beligerent disobedience.
And it seems like it is more of the one finger that is being shown.

I am glad that some house cleaning at the Vatican is taking place; how awful to be surrounded with enemies. But I know there is more there to be done. Yet little by little, restorations will occur.
May God grant many years and good health and the grace of great strength to this Holy Father.
