Mother Teresa, Mary, and the “I Thirst” of Jesus – Sep 05 – Homily – Fr Matthias

 

On the First Saturday and memorial of St. Mother Teresa of Calcutta (September 5, 2026), Fr Matthias M. Sasko gives the homily on how devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary places us near Jesus at the Cross, allowing us to hear His cry "I thirst" and maximize our love for God and neighbor.

By drawing close to Mary through devotion, Christians can hear Christ's desire to be loved, unlocking the key to loving God fully and serving others with joy.
