Forgiveness to let go of a debt, to have the humility to let go.

We all need forgiveness and need to forgive

forgiveness is a letting go of our right to get revenge and dwell on and mention the offenses against us.

unforgiveness hinders spiritual life and

forgiveness has the word give in it, so it is a gift to others and to ourselves

It frees us from being under others' control

Forgiveness is not deserved, starting  with Christ's forgiveness of our sins

if holding onto grudges, we are on the wrong track

Psalm 95: 10-11 God forgives us, They are a people that do not follow my ways. - https://bible.usccb.org/bible/psalms/95?10

Do we follow his ways and forgive?

Focusing on others seems to help; it shifts blame from me to others, but it only hurts us and others and our relations with them.

Need to focus on others' needs rather than their offenses against us

Don't want to give up
