The Life of St. Hyacintha Mariscotti, Virgin, Third Order (1585-1640) for the Franciscan Saint of the Day for Jan 30. Hyacintha was born of wealthy parents in Italy and lived a dissolute life and then entered the convent living a laxed life until an illness and a rebuke from her confessor. She then made up for her laxity by doing penance and growing in devotion and sanctity.

Reflection is on receiving reprimands well which help to be holy
Have courage to reprimand others
giving reprimands requires rare courage so we should take note and make amends.
