St Luke’s Faithful Austerity – Oct 18 – Homily – Fr Ignatius

Views 489

Fr Ignatius gives the homily at Bloomington, IN on Oct 18, 2021, on how St. Luke the Evangelist remained a faithful companion of St. Paul and to Christ, becoming an evangelist of the gospel and martyr to the faith. This is attributed by the fathers of the Church to St. Luke's great austerity, whereas those that turned against St. Paul and the Gospel were self-indulgent.
