Will the final sacraments guarantee heaven? Depends on the disposition, there needs to be true repentance.
God love is unconditional, but his mercy is a condition, must repent and believe in the gospel
Without proper disposition, sacraments just add to sins.
We must confess all sins, we receive forgiveness for all our mortal sins or none.
