Fr Terrance gives the homily at Bloomington, IN on May 19, 2021, on how God is immutable, unchanging, and how this was taught by pagan philosophers prior to Christ. Changeability is something that belongs to creatures but not to God. He explains the times that God seems to change His mind, then how this applies to our journey of becoming holy and how the knowledge of His immutability should be a comfort in that we can count on Him.
