Fr Ignatius gives the homily at Bloomington, IN on Jul 25, 2020, the feast of St. James the Apostle on how Jesus is the pruner who prunes to make us bear fruit but this can be rather painful. He points out that James did much work in Spain and seemed to get very little results. Yet, he was the first of the Apostles to get martyred when he returned to Jerusalem and the start he made in Spain soon bore much fruit.
