Say No to C-I-N-O (Catholic-in-name-only) – Jun 28 – Homily – Fr Alan

 

It's time to say no to C-I-N-O Catholicism, says Fr Alan in today's homily (Jun 28, memorial of St. Irenaeus, Bishop and Martyr). Today's Gospel implies that Our Lord will not be satisfied with some who profess to be Catholic or Christian, but are so "in-name-only." We all have to defend the Faith within our self and within society, by having the courage to denounce sin, heresy, and hypocrisy, both privately and publicly.
