In the homily for the memorial of St. Norbert (bishop and founder of the Premonstratensians, Jun 6), Fr Maximilian relates Our Lord's teaching from today's Gospel to the example of St. Norbert's life of dedication to seeking union with God. As Our Lord teaches, the mortal union of husband and wife does not carry over into the resurrected life of Paradise, but each of us will be immortally united with God forever.
