Larry Richards of the diocese of Erie in the sixth talk for the 2013 Priest's Retreat at Mother of the Redeemer Retreat Center in Bloomington, Indiana titled "Becoming the Priest God has Called us to be". Using the example of married life as described by Paul in Ephesians where he described the sacrifices that we must make for our spouses and how this sacrificial life is how we will be judged. This is especially true of priests who must love all those who are under their care. Love must always come before giving people truth and loving must exclude judgement.
