Biodata: Father Angelo was born, May 7, 1962, Los Angeles, California and graduated High School from Don Bosco Technical Institute, Rosemead, California, 1979.
Work History: 1979-81, Petrochemical Designer, C.F Braun, Alhambra, California; 1981-85, Director of Parts Department, Ice Machine Sales and Service, City of Commerce, California.
Religious Life: Father Angelo entered formation in the Order of Friars Minor, Conventual in the Philippines on November 1, 1985, and made his canonical novitiate in Tagaytay, between May 30, 1987 and May 31, 1988. He professed simple vows on May 31, 1988 in Tagaytay, Philippines, and solemn vows in the Institute of Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate on June 23, 1991 in Benevento, Italy.
Holy Orders: He was ordained a priest on December 8, 1991 at the Cathedral of Benevento (Italy), Cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta, by the hands of His Excellency Carlo Minchiatti.
Studies: Fr. Angelo completed his philosophical studies (1987-89) at San Carlos Seminary, Makati-Manila, Philippines, and at the Rogationist Seminary, Paranque-Manila, Philippines. He completed his theological studies (1989-92) at St. Vincent Seminary, Quezon City, Philippines, at the Angelicum Rome, Italy, at Holy Apostles Seminary, Cromwell, Connecticut USA.
Assignments as a Religious: 1991-96, vicar and postulant master, Baltic, Connecticut; 1996-2005, guardian and novice master, Baltic and Griswold, Connecticut; 2002-12 General Delegate of US Delegation; 2002 and 2008, Delegate to the General Chapter; 2002-12 National Director of the Mission of the Immaculate Mediatrix, USA; 1992-2012 Director of Media Apostolate, USA.
Other Pastoral Ministry: 1991-2012, Assistance of local pastors in the diocese of Norwich, Connecticut, especially of Fr. Joseph Tito, Baltic, Connecticut; 2000-12, part time chaplain for the Sisters of Charity, Mary Mother of the Church, Baltic, Connecticut; 2002-10, monthly Mass and confession for inmates of Gates Correctional Facility, Niantic, Connecticut; 1991-2012, various preaching assignments: days of recollection, retreats, parish missions; 2000-12, various speaking engagements, especially on topics of Marian Consecration, Marian Mediation and Coredemption, and Marian Chivalry.
