Homily #120917 ( 05min) Play- On this feast of the Stigmata of Our Holy Father St. Francis, Fr. Ignatius explains the "seal of approval" Our Lord gave to St. Francis of His own sacred wounds. Father also relates the three vows of the consecrated religious to three golden nails which nail us to the Cross, and how the fourth Marian vow is like a diamond tipped spear which pierces the side of each Franciscan of the Immaculate, conforming us to the poor and crucified Jesus. Ave Maria!
