Aug 21 – Homily – Fr Ignatius: Riches and Heaven
Views 1647
Homily #120821 ( 08min) Play - Our Lord says in today's Gospel, "It will be hard for one who is rich to enter the kingdom of heaven". There is nothing obscure in that passage, but in the next passage He makes it sound impossible. So which is it? Is it hard or impossible?

2nd Glorious Mystery: The Ascension of Our Lord
Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, Our Mother, please obtain for us, from your Son, Jesus, the grace of detachment from all worldly things (visible and invisible), so that we may adhere to you and heavenly realities.
Jesus revealed Himself to the Immaculate at the Incarnation, and the poor shepherds in the field at His birth. I love being Catholic! 🙂
Thanks for the nice homily…it led me to consider ‘spiritual poverty’ today.
God bless us all with His peace.
Ave Maria!
