We need a program during Lent to change our lives and we give it to Our Lady. she helps us even physically, directing us like an Olympic coach. We give her all the areas we need to change, all that is an obstacle to our sanctification, how we need to improve our prayer life. Which virtues we need to acquire, especially charity to our neighbor. Above all we need to work on our love for Our Lady. The F.I. live the Marian Vow of total consecration, living unconditional love for the Immaculate, the utmost totality of love, "It's something we must strive for and exercise to make it strong and intense to acquire this utmost totality of love, by visits to Our Lady. Hail Marys, frequent recourse to her, making time to spend with Our Lady. True love is shown by sacrifice, to show our love we must make sacrifices for Our Lady, by mortification of our bad habits, but also other voluntary sacrifices. Lent is a season of grace and power to transform our lives and grow in love.
