Homily #080407 ( 06min) Play - The disciples seek Jesus but not for the right reason. They wanted more physical bread whereas Jesus wanted to feed them with heavenly food that gives eternal life, to have Faith in Him. Faith is the first of the works that enable us to do all the other works as mentioned in James. Fr. uses this to explain how St John Baptist de la Salle taught his children not only how to earn their bread, but also taught the Faith that gives them eternal life.
