Our Lady of America on the fire truck at St. Antoninus. The truck shown here?is the same?used at Ground Zero in NY the week before. At St. Veronica’s another antique fire truck was used.

Wow! What a week end! We had an incredible trip to?New Jersey for the?visit of Our Lady of America.? We are working on the videos but are not quite ready. We have some pictures of the visit to St. Antoninus in Newark, NJ.? Unfortunately we were so busy with the video and a bit short handed so we did not get any pictures of the trip to St. Veronica’s in Howell, NJ.? If anyone has some pictures please email them to Apostolate@AirMaria.com?and we will post them.?

Saturday at St. Antoninus in Newark consisted of devotions and Rosary inside followed by the procession around the block and then Mass in the Church.??Our Lady’s statue stayed in St. Antonius until after the Sunday Morning Mass when it was brought to St Veronica’s in Howell, NJ.? Saturday was an overcast day and the rain started to fall lightly a little before the procession but then stopped?just long enough to complete?the procession and to get inside for the Mass during which it came down in bucket loads.?The fire men came with bagpipers, two new fire engines and the same antique fire engine that carried Our Lady on the trip from Ground Zero to St. Patrick’s. About 300 people attended.

In Howell, NJ they had a motorcade procession of four fire trucks, the fire chief’s vehicle, two police cars and many other cars through the town with lights flashing, sirens wailing, and horns blaring. Needless to say many people came out of their houses to see all the fuss. And they got and eye full. The crowd waiting at St. Veronica’s said they could hear the sirens and horns for 15 minutes before the motorcade arrived just at the sun was setting. The?St. Veronica’s was packed, probably 1000 people, and the firemen processed our lady up the center isle to the Sanctuary. Exposition, Homily, Rosary and Benediction followed.??Afterwards a?large crowd gathered round Our Lady at the front of the Church and then there were refreshments in the hall downstairs

I understand Our Lady of America will be here in Richmond on October 13th! I consider this a great blessing since we are only 10 miles away from where she is to visit!!
The final line, on the final page, of the final chapter of the book of man’s salvation history…Our Lady wins by crushing the head of Satan! And those who love and help her will be by her side in heaven!!!

Our Lady of America, has touched our hearts deeply. She is the epitome of the American woman. The artist has captured that wonderful sense of dignity, humility, tenderness and love. I felt her real presence during the beautiful Mass. Our lovely Mother overlooking the Pastor, Father Bill Halbing, as he consecrated and raised her Son Jesus, up for all of our adoration. A perfect and lasting imagery of Our Mother Mary’s love and mercy for each of her sons the priests, and all of her children of the world. God Bless America, God Bless all Nations.
