Fr. Angelo Mary Geiger, FI preaches the Divine Mercy Homily on the last day of the Easter Octave. He proclaims the Mercy of God but also the need for us to thank Him for His Mercy by readily seeking His Mercy with a trusting heart. He describes the red and white rays coming from the Heart of Jesus in the apparition to St. Faustina as a continuation of the Sacred Heart apparitions of St. Margaret Mary Alacoque.
At the end of the homily our new Divine Mercy Shrine is blessed by Fr. MacIsaac. The shrine has a reliquary with a first class relic of St. Faustina.
