Our Holy Father of fond memory, Pope John Paul II, said that the message of Fatima is the message of the Gospel.

This First Saturday of March, being in Lent, is a good opportunity to reflect on the call of Our Lady of Fatima do to penance for the conversion of sinners. Our Lady said that so many people are going to Hell because no one is praying for them.

In today's Gospel Our Blessed Lord says: "But I say to you, love your enemies, and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your heavenly Father..."

Let us take the Gospel message, and the message of Fatima seriously, especially in this time of Lent, and not find ourselves numbered among those who do not pray for and offer penances for the conversion of sinners.
