Mar 02 – Homily – Fr John Joseph: Dominion of God

Views 1091

Homily #140302m ( 18min) Play - Pulling both from today's Mass readings and from today's Office of Readings (Job 1:1-22), Fr. John Joseph calls to mind that we are stewards in this world, and we need to use the things of this world for the greatest glory of God. Just like Job, we need to be detached from all things, and recognize that God has dominion over all things. With the approach of the Lenten Season, are we sufficiently prepared to detach ourselves from the world, and attach ourselves to the providence of God?
