Homily #141214j ( 10min) Play - Jesus gave to the Church, through the Apostle, the power and authority to forgive sins when He said: "whose sins you forgive, are forgiven them." (John 20:23) .  Through the sacraments of the Church, Jesus makes the invisible visible so that we might experience Him in a personal way, and so fulfills His solemn promise to be with us always.
