Our Lady’s love has a singular character. Her love has a gift: Christ.
Her love has an end: Christ.
Mary loves us because Jesus Christ loves us.
Mary loves us in order to give us Jesus Christ. Jesus and Mary can never be separated. God has united them. No one can separate them.
We cannot fully conceive of Our Lady without thinking of Jesus. She carries Him in her arms and in her heart. Where Mary is, there is Jesus; and where Our Lady loves, she gives a gift: Jesus.
