The Whole Church Must Pray for the Conclave – May 03 – Homily – Fr Andre

 

Fr Andre M. Feain gives the homily from Our Lady's Chapel, New Bedford, MA, for the Feast of Saints Philip and James, Apostles (May 03, 2025), expressing the hope and expectation that the cardinals and bishops will give the same example for the Church as did the Apostles Philip and James--to be willing to give their lives as martyrs for the faith. With the upcoming conclave that will elect the new pope, the whole Church must pray and sacrifice for the good of the Church, that we might receive from God a worthy Pope who will defend the faith and shepherd God's Church in Truth and Charity.
