Ave Maria Meditations
Heavenly Father, tonight and always I give thanks for the gift of Your saints: those holy men and women who walked faithfully before You and now share in the glory of heaven. Lord, on this eve that reminds us of their victory, I call upon their intercession. May the saints join their prayers with ours, that our homes may be surrounded with Your grace and our families guarded against all forms of evil.
Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God, protect us under your mantle. Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle and drive away the snares of the enemy. All holy saints, pray for us that our words, actions, and even the thoughts of our hearts may be pleasing to the Lord. May their example encourage us to live with faith and courage, never fearing the darkness, for in Christ we have already won the victory.
