Fr. Alan gives the homily from Our Lady's Chapel, New Bedford, MA, for Feast of St. Andrew, Apostle (Nov 30, 2024), on the importance of preparing for salvation. St. Andrew, Apostle was waiting and ready to find the Messiah. His response to Jesus' invitation was prompt and generous, because he was prepared.

Christians today, no less than the disciples of John the Baptist, are more disposed to salvation and an encounter with the Savior, than the "nones" who are indifferent to the true religion.
