Fr. Alan explains the two-fold mission of the Church as exemplified by the Apostles, saints Peter and Paul, in the  homily from Our Lady's Chapel, New Bedford, MA, for the Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul, Apostles. Peter at the center to administer the whole Church and Paul going out to the margins to evangelize all the peoples, both fulfilling essential functions that allow the Faith to live and be transmitted from generation to generation.
