Fr Andre M. Feain gives the homily for the Third Sunday in Ordinary Time (Jan 21, 2024), focusing on the Jesus' calling of the Apostles and their manner of responding. A vocation, a true inspiration, nudgings of grace are too precious to ignore--we should place no egoistic, temporal interest above that of corresponding to God's will in our lives. Some calls come only once, and if we fail to respond promptly, we may lose out forever on that grace.
