Persist in Prayer, Confident in God’s Justice – Nov 18 – Homily – Fr Alan
Views 209
Fr Alan gives the homily on Nov 18, 2023 (votive Mass in honor of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, for the Memorial of the Blessed Virgin on Saturday) on how the parable of the widow who persists in prayer points to the inevitability of God's justice, the belief in which we adhere to faithfully, under all circumstances, for as long as it takes. Our confident persistence is the guarantee that the Lord will find faith on earth, even if the justice he promises will only manifest fully at the end of the age, when He comes again.
