In the homily for the Twenty-second Sunday in Ordinary Time (Sep 03, 2023) at Our Lady's Chapel, New Bedford, Massachusetts, Fr. Alan explains some of the ways in which we are to renew our mind. Conditioned as we are by "this age," we must learn to seek the transcendent mind of Christ, to think not as God and not as natural men who are conformed to this age. Only by accepting the cross of Christ and following him with suffering in this life will we achieve the true Life to which he leads us.
