In the homily for the First Saturday of September (Saturday of the Twenty-first Week in Ordinary Time, Sep 02, 2023) at New Bedford, Fr Joachim Mary Mudd comments on the Parable of the Talents. He underscores the moral of the parable--that God expects us to use profitably the gifts that he entrusts to us, to increase His glory by growing in holiness and spreading the Kingdom of God. We must ask Our Lady to help us in this test of good will and courage.
