Doubts about your present vocation? What about doubts concerning a new Marian dogma? Join Dr. Mark Miravalle for how to handle the doubts which oftentimes arise in the first two weeks of August.

Many religious leaders report that August, particularly the first two weeks, tends to be a time of departure for their members, a phenomenon which isn't yet fully understood. Perhaps it's related to the forthcoming Assumption of Our Lady, a great victory for all Christians, which brings about intensified spiritual attacks. Such periods might also introduce challenges in other vocations, like marriage.

Our response to these trials should be influenced by the Feast of the Transfiguration on August 6th. Here, Jesus offered Peter, James, and John a glimpse of heaven, a grace to help them persevere through the crucifixion, which can serve as an inspiration to us all. We should resist making significant life decisions during this time, instead drawing strength from the upcoming celebration of the Assumption.

We're also called to persist in our prayer for the 5th Marian Dogma, a central tenet of MaryLive. This Dogma, in addition to the first four (Mother of God, Immaculately Conceived, Perpetual Virgin, Assumed into Heaven) recognizes Mary as the Spiritual Mother of All Peoples. This proclamation will unleash a flood of graces as it acknowledges her roles as the Coredemptrix, Mediatrix, and Advocate. It's an act of freely accepting God's grace, not forced upon us.

Prayers and petitions from all corners of the globe are encouraging, demonstrating the increasing recognition of the Dogma's importance. Despite any discouragement, the fight for the 5th Marian Dogma is essential, paralleling the battle for acknowledgment of the real presence in the Eucharist.

Pope Francis, a fervent devotee of Our Lady, shouldn't be ruled out in this journey. Prayers and petitions to him, as part of our spiritual routines, can aid in achieving the proclamation of the 5th Marian Dogma.

The Dogma is not an instant solution, but it is the key to unlocking the triumph of the Immaculate Heart. Once declared, Mary will have full freedom to exercise her intercessory power in an unprecedented way.

So, let's stay the course, keep praying, and continue to send petitions to Pope Francis. Concluding with the prayer of the Lady of All Nations, let's entrust the task of guiding us from today to an era of peace to the Mother, the perfect remedy. May God bless us all.
