We will have to leave all things of this world at death.

Covetousness is the root of all evil leads to desire unseasonably and to take unjustly from others

CCC 2535 - Desires are not bad need to be limited by reason

Communism focuses on covetousness and taking from others.

CCC 2536 - avoid greed and avarice

CCC 2538 - Envy needs to be banished from the

Avarice is inordinate wanting things, and envy includes sadness that others have more and the desire to take it away from them unjustly

We should rejoice at others' success

CCC 2544 - Need detachment to enter heaven

Detachment makes us happy in this life and gives us eternal happiness in heaven
