This involves the sixth and ninth commandments and the interpretation that Jesus gave them, focusing on the internal intentions of the heart, desires, and thoughts versus the interpretation of Pharisees who focused only on the external actions of the body. Civil laws (temporal punishments) vs. moral law (eternal punishments). Be pure in an impure world.
