Miracles: more Important than Faith? – Mar 28 – Homily – Fr Terrance

 

Fr Terrance gives the homily at Bloomington, IN on Mar 28, 2022, on how miracles are important but only as signs pointing to something greater, having faith in God and his loving power. This should be our priority. John calls miracles "signs" which point to something far more important like faith. He mentions seven of these signs in his gospel, indicating completion, like the seven days of creation, that help us to believe and thus have life in Christ, like the royal official in today's gospel.
