Oh Jesus, my gracious Redeemer, I am sorry for my sins by which I have brought myself into such a miserable state. But I thank You for Your mercy which gives me a chance to become a friend of God again if I wish to do so.
I do repent, my dear Savior, of all my sins. I am sorry with all my heart for having offended You; please pardon me and make me Your child again.
