The Life of St. Thomas of Cori, Confessor, First Order (1655-1729) for the Franciscan Saint of the Day for Jan 19. Thomas was born in Cori, Italy of a pious and poor family. He entered the Franciscan and was ordained a priest where he encouraged missionaries to the far East. He worked zealously as a missionary preacher near Subiaco.
