The Life of St. John of Dukla, Confessor, First Order (1414-1484) for the Franciscan Saint of the Day for Sep 28. St. John was from Poland and lead much reform in the Franciscan Order and worked for peace and unity in the church

Reflection is on the qualities of obedience and its benefits especially to do reparation for the sin which always involves disobedience. This obedience should be done cheerfully, humbly, and patiently
