The Life of St. Francis Mary of Camporosso, Confessor, First Order (d. 1866) for the Franciscan Saint of the Day for Sep 20. St. Francis Mary was a jumble Capuchin who begged for food for his friary and for the poor and was known for performing miracles. During a plague, he offered his life to God and the plague ceased the day he died of the disease.
Reflection is on Self-sacrifice.
