The Life of Bl. Thomas of Tolentino & Comp., Martyrs, First Order (m. 1321) for the Franciscan Saint of the Day for Sep 5. Bl. Thomas of Tolentino & Comp. was a missionary to the far east and become the bishop of Peking. In India during one of his trips, he was martyred along with his companions.

Reflection is on the rewards of the saints, difficulties in this life and glory in eternity, and how we should strive to be able to suffer like the saints.
