The Life of St. Rose of Viterbo, Virgin, Third Order (1233-1251) for the Franciscan Saint of the Day for Sep 4. St. Rose of Viterbo was pious from her youth with many mystical experiences, even raising her aunt from the dead, and entering the Third Order at age ten. After an apparition from Christ, she went through town preaching repentance to great effect. There were many miracles after her death.

Reflection is on how God works through people and that we must cooperate and give thanks to God for all good.
