My Lord and my Savior, it is time to make my confession before You and Your minister. Give me the courage and the discernment to see and reveal all the sins that I have committed against You, my neighbor, and myself.
I trust that I will be forgiven because of Your love for me. I am truly sorry for what I have done and what I have not done to increase goodness on this earth.
Heavenly Father, in union with the sufferings of Jesus Your Son, I carry the cross of my afflictions to You, knowing that You will lift every burden of my heavy heart. Amen
