Sheep Preaching to Wolves – Jul 10 – Homily – Fr Terrance

 

Fr Terrance gives the homily at Bloomington, IN on Jul 10, 2020, on how Jesus says we must go out and preach as sheep among the wolves who will have no appreciation of the gospel and will attack us for it. We have three defense against the wolves: 1) the virtue of prudence, knowing what to say and how to say it, and when, 2) simplicity of the dove, being innocent so no one can accuse us, and 3) God Himself who will give us the words and actions that are best for the situation. In this way, even many of the wolves will be converted and become sheep.
