On the occasion of MLK Day (Memorial of St. Sebastian, martyr, Jan 20, 2020), Fr. Alan relates the historic civil rights leader’s legacy to the delusion of today’s young SJWs (“social justice warriors”) who hold abortion to be a “right.” Martin Luther King Jr.’s contribution to social justice was real: he advanced the common good by securing the recognition of civil rights for all, without regard to race. Abortion, on the other hand is the violation of the most basic of all rights: the right to life.
