Correction and Focus! – Oct 26 – Homily – Fr Terrance

 

Fr Terrance gives the homily at Bloomington, IN on Oct 26, 2019, on Parable of the fig tree and how God does not want us to focus on correcting others but on changing ourselves. God expects his Gospel to produce the fruits of the spirit as opposed to the fruits of the flesh. He refers to another passage where some Galileans were killed by Pilate and how this does not mean that these people were greater sinners than others, but maybe given the opportunity to suffer for others, vicariously.
