Think You Will Not Be Judged? Think Again. – Mar 18 – Homily – Fr Matthias
Views 826
On Monday of the Second Week of Lent (Mar 18), Fr Matthias gives the homily on the correct understanding of Our Lord's statement in today's Gospel ("Stop judging and you will not be judged.") Taken out of context, the statement could be misinterpreted as an apologetic for libertine morality. However, in the context of the full Gospel, it means something quite different: it is a call to more perfect charity, in view of the judgment we will all face.
