A Herd of Swine for a Man: Bargain Unappreciated – Feb 04 – Homily – Fr Alan

 

In today's homily (Feb 04, Monday of the 4th Week of Ordinary Time), Fr. Alan talks about how the Gerasenes failed to appreciate the priceless benefit of Jesus’ presence and activity among them, more attentive to the destruction of their swine than to the liberation and restoration to dignity of their fellow man. In our materialistic age, we can be susceptible to similar temptations and blindness to the spiritual good.
