What is a Prophet? – Feb 03 – Homily – Fr Terrance

 

Fr Terrance gives the homily at Bloomington, IN on Feb 03 on the nature of Prophets, focusing on Jeremiah from which the first reading or the day comes. If we do the work of God then God is on our side even if we seem to be persecuted and cursed in the eyes of men. This is because life is short and heaven is eternal. God calls us all to spread the word of God and thus participate in this role of prophet to gain our eternal reward.
